			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What is Kundalini Yoga? <br/><br/>From the book Open Your Heart with Kundalini Yoga by Siri Datta all times, in all civilizations, there was a hidden path, secret discovery technology, which allows the individual to achieve maximum potential. This technique has the ability to lift, inspire and awaken the individual to his own greatness. This amount is in each one of us, and technology can do is Kundalini Yoga. As an enthusiastic teacher of Kundalini Yoga, I always asked, &#8220;What is it? Is it like Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga or? Is it dynamic or static? Are there any meditation or breathing techniques? My answer is always the same: all these things, and many more. Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, who now lives in New Mexico, explained that there are 22 main forms of yoga, each expressing a facet of the whole. A good way to understand is that each form Yoga is like the facet of a diamond. The diamond itself is Kundalini Yoga, the mother of all yogas. Kundalini Yoga is the most inclusive of all yoga practices, covering all aspects of yoga in his teachings. In practice there are more than 8. kriyas 4 million (completed sequences or sets). These consist of Kriya asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra (chanting), mudras (hand gestures), bandhs (body locks) and meditation. The kriyas are a mix of static and dynamic postures that provide a perfect sequence of energy, tones and feelings played upon the instrument&#8217;s body. In ancient scriptures it is said that Kundalini Yoga is the most quick to create the transformation that the individual is seeking. There is a certain depth, breadth and continuity which is inherent in Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a legacy. It has been practiced as an exact science by masters in communication with the Infinite, from directly from the soul. It is a practice that has been experienced and transmitted through enlightened souls for thousands of years. It is said that Christ, Buddha and Moses practiced Kundalini Yoga. In ancient times, is often taught and transmitted through line of kings. These teachers of Kundalini Yoga not specifically or personally convey knowledge. On the contrary, we believe that lessons are transmitted through a royal lineage of Raj (Real) yogis. Kundalini Yoga of knowledge is transmitted through meditation and altered states. It is this practice that has been maintained in the lineage of royalty. We understand that the first transmission of Kundalini Yoga has been sent to the Hindu god Shiva, who in turn passed his knowledge Parvarti consort.
