Ab Circle Pro Review Can You Get Flat Abs in 2 Weeks With It
Whenever you see an infomercial for a stomach workout machine like the Ab Circle Pro it suddenly seems like you can get flat abs in a matter of weeks if not days. Maybe it’s these kinds of infomercials which make people believe they can get a flat stomach in 2 weeks. The reality is a little different.
While special effects in infomercials make it seem like belly fat can be transformed into rock hard abs in an instant, in reality it takes longer whether you’re using the Ab Circle Pro or any other ab machine. After all, you didn’t gain all that excess belly fat in a day and so it’s unlikely that it will come off as fast either.
If you put all of your effort into training your abs, with the AbCirclePro or without, you will not get flat abs. It’s just impossible and it’s not because the AbCircle is uneffective. That has nothing to do with it.?It’s impossible since belly exercises simply don’t burn enough belly fat to get you flat abs in 2 weeks or even 2 months, especially if you’re more than just a few pounds overweight when you start.
You can’t spot reduce belly fat by doing stomach exercises of any sort. This is a myth. It has long been proven that our body burns fat as a single unit from all your body parts regardless of which muscle group you train. This means that you’d better focus on exercises which burn maximum fat and not on stomach exercises which generally don’t burn a lot of fat.
What this means is that you can’t get flat abs in 2 weeks with the Ab Circle Pro because our body simply doesn’t work that way. No ab machine can do this. In addition, giving yourself just 2 weeks to transform your body is a recipe for disappointment and frustration. It takes longer to get yourself in this kind of perfect shape. You have to be patient and allow yourself to make a gradual improvement with the right full body training and nutrition.
Home Fitness Exercise Equipment A Basic Gym
It seems every day that there’s a new infomercial on with the latest and greatest piece of home exercise equipment. There are few that I’ve taken a chance on before I knew better.? Most turned out to be worthless not to mention the room some of them take up.
Using some basic inexpensive equipment and just your bodyweight, you could have an amazing workout.
Using push up bars will allow you to come down further than if your hands were just on the floor. You can also put each hand on chair.
A doorway chin up bar is another great way to use your body weight. There are a few different models to choose from. Some allow for more different hand positions thus allowing more muscle groups to be worked. One type is just a bar that goes across a door frame. I wouldn’t suggest this since there is not much variation that can be done.
I like the doorway type where one side rests on top of the moulding above the door and the other side rests against the door frame on both sides.
Using a pair of dumbbells can enhance your workout routine. You should have a few different weights for different exercises. These can be uses for lateral and front raises, lunges, squats, calf raises, curls, kickbacks and so many more.
You can get them as a solid fixed weight or where the weight can be adjusted with free weights. This can get kind of pricey but check your local classifieds to see if someone is selling any. I knew someone who was cleaning out their basement and gave me a ton, well not quite a ton, of weights. They were a little beat up but weight is weight, it doesn’t change over the years.
Resistance bands are a good substitute for dumbbells. Many of the same exercises and benefits can be accomplished using them. They also come in several degrees of resistance.
Putting together a workout routine at home can be a little confusing, especially if you’re just starting out.? Staying on track can be difficult if you’re not sure which direction to go. A workout program on DVD can be a great asset.
It will give you a complete layout of what you should be doing each day. Plus they usually include nutritional information as well. These can be your workout in a box and DVD’s don’t take up much room.

The Best Heart Rate Monitor For Rowers Polar FS1
What is the best heart rate monitor for rowers and scullers? That question was recently posed to the readers of rowingillustrated.com, a leading rowing bulletin board in the United States. Three models emerged as being popular with rowers and coaches. Which one you choose will depend upon the type of rowing training that you do. Here is our review of the Polar FS1 which came out tops for scullers and general fitness.
The POLAR FS1 is an entry level Heart Rate Monitor which is perfect for those who want the training benefits of heart rate monitoring, without spending a fortune on features that will never be used.
The Polar FS1 has a clear easy to read display which shows the time of day, heart rate (HR), exercise time and average HR. Easy one-button use makes the Polar FS1 extremely easy to use.
Polar FS1 Features:
* Wireless ECG accurate heart rate.
* Average heart rate of total exercise.
* Exercise Time.
* Heart rate (displayed as bpm).
* Visual and audible alarm in target zones.
* Manual target zone.
* Time of day.
* Stopwatch.
* Water resistant 50m.
* Polar T31 transmitter and elastic chest strap.
If you’re looking to spend lots of money for lots of unneeded options then this is not the heart rate monitor for you. However if you want something that is simple to use, well thought out, and does what it says on the packaging this monitor could be a winner.
It comes from Polar, a well known and respected heart rate monitor manufacturer. It uses the popular Polar standard chest strap so reliability shouldn’t ever be a problem. The strap itself is easy to adjust and is as comfortable as any other on the market.
The watch is ridiculously simple to operate as it has only a single button. The uncluttered display with extra large numbers makes reading the watch while erging or sculling very easy. Polar claims the batteries will last for 2 years with 1 hour of exercise use per day. Sadly after this you have to send the watch off to Polar for a battery replacement. While not expensive,it is an inconvenience, even if it does help maintain the unit’s water resistance.
This watch is a great value way to complement the information the erg gives us, it provides simple feedback when we’re sculling or running.
The only down side to this product is that it doesn’t have Polar’s shielding technology. This means that it is possible the monitor might pick up signals from other monitors being used in close proximity, like on the next erg, or other rowers in a team boat.
This is a very easy to use product, it does what is required at an unbelievably cheap price. However the lack of shielding technology and thus potential interference from similar devices means it is probably best suited to single scullers and those who tend to erg or work out by themselves. There are definitely better monitors out there, but with the Polar FS1 the price is most definitely right and you have to ask yourself – do I really need more?
